Inclusion health groups lived experience project - expressions of interest wanted

23 Nov 2023 - 09:25 by michelle.foster

Hearing from those with lived experience of health inequalities is vital to creating effective messages, interventions, and services.

Best practice in engagement with these groups is via organisations who have experience and planned approaches to addressing the varied barriers.

To strengthen engagement with these groups, The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) want to hear from organisations who have built trusted networks and have the experience and expertise to address barriers and maximise opportunities for engagement.

If you are a VCSE organisation with this experience and are interested in sharing your expertise, please get in touch.

The UKHSA Health Equity and Health Inclusion team is looking for expressions of interest from voluntary groups, community groups, charities, and social enterprises, who work with inclusion health groups and are interested in working with them to provide expertise to an up-coming project (via their lead supplier).

This project will help to shape the way health protection services are designed so they better serve those who face health inequalities.

To express your organisation’s interest, email: [email protected] with ‘EOI Community Engagement LSRS313’ in the subject line, plus a brief overview of the work you do and contact information.
