Manchester City Council has twelve free places on a seven month training programme designed to develop people as Community Leaders. Community Leaders take a share of responsibility in supporting their communities to thrive. Being a Community Leader involves collaborating with people from all walks of life. It’s about listening, bringing people together, being empathic and solving problems creatively. It’s fun and at times challenging. Above all, being a Community Leader is about making a difference.
