Nature for Health – Green Social Prescribing Service

Sow the City CIC is providing an exciting new NHS England funded Green Social Prescribing service for the Manchester area. Sow the City are now taking referrals for people to attend sessions this spring.

The Nature for Health service is aimed at adults experiencing mental ill health and other related conditions. All participants will get support from a Link Worker and attend six free weekly two hour gardening for wellbeing sessions at one of seven fabulous community gardens across the City of Manchester.

With sessions planned to start from early March at partner gardens, this is how you can help:

• Refer people onto the service using this referral form (self-referrals are also accepted)
• Circulate this opportunity through your network to people and organisations who you think might benefit from it
