Due to new funding, Together Dementia Support is anticipating being able to start one or two new neighbourhood activity and support groups for people living with dementia. 
Together Dementia Support are keen to talk to anyone who has experience of project work and group facilitation with older people and who might like to work for them. Commitment to and a passion for working with people who live with dementia is a prerequisite.
Together Dementia Support are a small, relatively new organisation, and are dynamic and innovative and really want to make a difference with people who are affected by dementia.
