Thinking about data Workshops at the Manchester University

11 Mar 2016 - 10:49 by Nigel Rose

If you want to learn how to use data more effectively in designing services, in monitoring and applying for funding, then you will want to attend a set of free training events put on by Manchester University in association with Macc. Academics working in the Social Science Dept will help you to discover and use some of the key on-line data sources, help you to improve your own collection of data and then guide you in how to apply this knowledge in your own organisation.

The 2 skills workshops are on 22/3/16 and 2 applied workshops are on 29/4/16 and the idea is to attend one on each day and do some work in between. Sign up for the workshops at https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/thinking-about-data-training-events-for-local-community-organisations-tickets-21776543227
