Each year Community Group Training use profits to give out as grants. As Community Group Training launched in September 2013, their first grants will be distributed in September 2014.
Community Group Training are committed to supporting small voluntary and community groups in the UK. They distribute grants through their Charitable Foundation which are then given out through grants.
Their aim is to support continuous learning and development in the community and voluntary sector. Community Group Training will consider grants for any courses which they are unable to provide that benefit the group you work/volunteer for.

Notes
A group can only hold one grant in a 12 month period
Application
Community Group Training grants panel meets once a year in September, Community Group Training will notify you of the outcome by October, following the grants meeting.
Only applications submitted online will be considered, Community Group Training do not accept paper copies.
Eligible Expenditure
The grant may be used for:
Training fees (for training which we don’t provide)
Transport to training
Associated child care costs
Overnight accommodation (if required)
Match Funding Restrictions
Up to 100% of the costs may be funded.
Restrictions
Only constituted community groups and voluntary organisations in the UK with an income under £30,000 may apply for a grant.
