The purpose of this survey is to help to understand the motivations of those who volunteer to help people to get online, to explore what you enjoy and the challenges you face.
It is being conducted by Open Data Manchester on behalf of Manchester City Council. The results of this survey will help the council to better support their volunteers.
The survey consists of 30 questions over 5 sections and there are a mix of multiple choice and free text. For the free text answers, you can say as much or as little as you like. The more information you give, the better it will be to understand your motivations and needs.
The results of the survey will remain anonymous, although there is a chance to take part in further interviews or focus groups later on.
