As the Founder of Resourcevol, I have extensive experience both working and volunteering in the nonprofit sector, leading on volunteer management and developing training initiatives at a variety of organisations – including the British Red Cross, FoodCycle, and the Royal Photographic Society.

I have spent 20+ years supporting VCSE organisations around Greater Manchester, most recently working as a social enterprise specialist but experience also includes work for and within charities and other voluntary led organisations.

Alastair has leadership experience that is riven with authenticity in the trenches after over 5 years as a CEO of a national charity, facilitating leadership support and development.
