Description of opportunity:

 

Bitesize sessions involve young people taking part in short interactive activities in different zones, themed around key sex and relationship issues. You will be given training and support to facilitate these sessions.

Role Title: Education Volunteer

Main point of contact: Local Participation and Volunteering Co-ordinator

Salary: Unpaid volunteer position (Out of pocket expenses will be reimbursed.)

Main tasks:

  • Using Bitesize Brook resources to facilitate interactive and engaging educational sex/relationship sessions for young people in a variety of settings.
  • Supporting education and training teams to develop and prepare resources for sessions.
  • Recording feedback from sessions and inputting feedback data on to spreadsheets.
  • Other relevant tasks which will help support the local education and training team.

  • An induction to Brook, and training about your day-to-day responsibilities,
