Introduction to Equality and Diversity

This workshop will look at how personal opinions, prejudices and actions can influence others and lead to discrimination. Through gaining an understanding of equality, equity and diversity we will look at how to make youth work settings inclusive.

Attendees will increase their knowledge and awareness of equality issues by developing an awareness of Equalities legislation and understanding the personal, cultural and societal influences that affect people’s lives.
