A group of volunteers called Friends of Fallowfield came together to save Fallowfield Library from closing. One Manchester offered Friends of Fallowfield support in order to transform the library into a community asset and a sustainable enterprise going forward. For volunteers this is an exciting time to get involved and become part of something which has become a vital community asset within Fallowfield.
The role:
To help children and young people to learn and have fun with arts & crafts.
- setting up the room
- Supporting with preparing the materials & resources
- Offering one to one help to children & young people
- Encourage children to be creative and inclusive
- Tidy up after the session & clear the room

Training:
- A full volunteer induction will be given
- On-going support
Time commitment:
Mondays 4.30pm - 5.30pm
We ask for a minimum commitment of 3 months
