Kickstarter Manchester: The 7 day start up challenge
The Kickstarter Manchester programme will support residents living in any of the boroughs of Greater Manchester who would like to explore the idea of starting their own business. The 7 day start up challenge launches on 15 October, is fully funded and is run online.
Day 1
Morning – Launchpad 11am-12pm
Welcome and Introduction. Live on zoom, meet your expert mentors, set some 7 day targets, network with other Greater Manchester residents looking to start a business

Anyone with no or low digital skills will be able to work towards essential digital skills qualifications.
Step Up is the new place-based giving scheme for the Manchester neighbourhoods of Ancoats, Beswick, Clayton and Openshaw. 
The Proud Trust is offering 16 young people the chance to go on an amazing skills and employment programme with us. The Proud Trust are also looking for adults who have skills to share to help them deliver the programme.
Breakthrough UK is a member of the North West Regional Stakeholder Network, of the Cabinet Office Disability Unit, providing a channel for input and engagement with central government from disabled people in the region.
Unlimited Potential is a social enterprise, based in Greater Manchester, which specialises in social innovation – creating new solutions with communities to address social and economic challenges.
The North West Water and Wastewater provider is on the lookout for new talent.
