Brighter Sound have teamed up with one of dance music’s most exciting artists I. JORDAN to present an intentional, dedicated creative residency for Trans and Non-Binary music makers.

brighter soundThis 6-day project taking place in January 2023 is a space for artists to explore and develop their creative practice in a nurturing and mutually supportive environment.

This month in Manchester’s Northern Quarter holds the first solo exhibition, THEY COME IN THREES, of Manchester based artist FNTSYWRLD. Featured at the buzzing new three floor exhibition space, Saan1, FNTSYWRLD’s artwork will take over from 17 - 31 October 2022. THEY COME IN THREES will feature ‘On The Streets – Painting for Homelessness’, a project raising money for Manchester’s most prominent homeless helpers.

fundingThe Cultural Partnership grant programme was set up in 2011 to provide core funding for cultural organisations and has run for three consecutive rounds.

The new round of funding will run from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2026. Grants of £10,000–£40,000 per annum are available.
